As an Automation Developer, you’ll focus on designing, configuring, and optimizing a third-party workflow application to support HCPC’s operations. You’ll also work with modern low-code and automation tools within the Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages). This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in automation, low-code solutions, and API integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Configuration:
- Customize third-party workflow applications, including workflows, data models, and user roles.
- Enhance business processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Develop custom workflows and API-based integrations using Python.
- Document configurations and processes thoroughly
Implementation & Innovation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance applications and tools.
- Participate in proof-of-concept projects to showcase potential solutions.
- Explore innovative low-code and API solutions to meet business needs.
Support & Optimisation:
- Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop user guides and training materials.
- Ensure seamless upgrades and integrations.
Governance & Security:
- Implement security and compliance measures.
- Adhere to data protection and organisational security policies.
Collaboration:
- Act as a subject matter expert in low-code development and automation.
- Work with IT, product managers, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Why Join Us? This role is ideal for professionals seeking to grow their expertise in low-code solutions while working with cutting-edge automation technologies.
Employees are also required to comply with all HCPC policies, paying special attention to the Information Classification and Handling Policy, Health and Safety, and Equality and Diversity Policy. Please note that job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, and the post-holder may be required to undertake other duties, which are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities.
