Job description

Purpose and Main Duties

The partner officer is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, training, and on-boarding of new HCPC partners. The role contributes to the delivery of high-quality services to our current partners, applicants, as well as internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include reporting and supporting continuous improvement projects within the department.

 

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high-level of attention to detail are essential for this role. The partner officer must be able to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders. Being able to follow processes and procedures while ensuring excellent support and working autonomously is important for this role.

 

About the Department:

Partners are HCPC registrants, members of the public (lay) and legal professionals who contribute their expertise to the HCPC and play important roles in the regulatory process. Partners provide services in three different departments across the HCPC and in a variety of roles. The Partner team is responsible for the recruitment, on-boarding and training of new partners and the contract management of current partners. The team works closely with departments across the organisation and holds a pivotal role in ensuring that all areas have sufficient numbers of partners to fulfil their regulatory responsibilities.
