Job description

About the role: 

Registration Advisors are required to assist prospective registrants with their application process and respond to enquiries both on the telephone and in writing. A core responsibility of the role is to process application for registration while providng a high level of customer service.
 
About you: 

You must be able to demonstrate your ability to handle a high volume of complex and sometimes challenging calls in a professional manner. You will be passionate about always delivering excellent customer service. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to provide administrative support including ensuring information is accurate and kept up-to-date. You must possess excellent customer service skills and work collaboratively in a team environment.
 
Four Registration Advisor roles available

  • 3 Registration Advisors (Fixed-Term, 12 months)

  • 1 Registration Advisor (Permanent)
