At the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), we're always on the lookout for top talent to strengthen our dynamic team. We’re now seeking a Talent and Acquisition Officer to source, identify, screen, and hire exceptional candidates across various roles in our organisation. This is a Hybrid role, with atleast 2 days per week at our London Office.

Your Role

As a Talent and Acquisition Officer, you will:

  • Promote HCPC as an employer of choice, championing our aims and values.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new recruits.
  • Act as an internal consultant and advisor, guiding managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and implement creative sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Drive positive action initiatives, ensuring a diverse and inclusive recruitment approach.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using innovative channels to attract top-tier talent.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Has a strong background in talent acquisition and is proficient with applicant tracking systems.
  • Can create and implement sourcing strategies that engage the best talent in the market.
  • Enjoys working closely with various departments, fostering collaboration across the organisation.
